1. You can click here to download and ISO file to your hard disc. You will then double-click that and it will burn itself onto a CD. Note: you must have CD burning software and a CD in your CD drive. If you use this option, you will need CD burning software. You can use commercial CD/DVD burning software such as Roxio or Nero, or you can click here to download a free burner. 2. You can click here to download this zipped (compressed) file and save it in a folder of your choosing. Once you expand it (i.e., unzip it), all relevant files will be there. This file is 197 MB.

You will need a PDF viewer such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download by clicking here.

The file you want to run is ISEF CD.PDF (this is NOT a link!). Remember, these are big files!

I would suggest that Russian might be a good language. The countries of the former USSR are trying to develp special education programing. Russian was a universal language for Europe and Central Asia. English is the best but Russian would help as well with those Soviet trained people who need the new materials most.
